WBL - Family Outing & Picnic @ Patapsco
Sunday, June 10th, 2007William Blake Lodge will be holding a family picnic on Sunday, June 10 at Patapsco Valley State Park, Glen Artney Area (Pavilion #66). This will be a day of much food and frolic, with activities for children and grown-up children alike: Tarot readings, balloon sculptures, face painting, tubing, hiking, classes and more!

The cost of the event is $5 per adult (children are admitted for free). In addition, Patapsco Park charges a $2 entrance fee. Where else in the Washington area can you have all day fun for $7? Bring lawn chairs, sunscreen, tick spray, beach blankets…and yourselves.
We look forward to seeing you there, along with any family and friends.
This is a public event, a celebration of fellowship and hospitality. It is open to anyone who wills to attend, with the exception of those who are on bad report or have resigned or been expelled from the Order. If you know people who you would like to introduce to the Order, this will be an informal atmosphere for people to get a sense of WBL and to get their questions answered.
Set-up time for the picnic is 10 am and festivities will begin at 12 and last until sundown. We will be there rain or shine: The pavilion is large and will provide shelter in the event of rain. We are permitted to have alcohol at the park, but consumption will be limited to those 21 years of age or older.
Directions and a description of the picnic grounds can be found at: http://www.dnr.state.md.us/publiclands/central/patapscovalley.html
